Central Arkansas Pop Warner Football parents,

Many families today are moving so fast that participating in a fundraiser can be difficult. Yet these events significantly help us with the money needed to provide services for your children. That's why we are using Nickalot.com, a website designed to raise funds to help your kid(s) in the easiest way possible.

Our fundraiser campaign will run from September 18, 2010 to November 29, 2010.

To start participating in our fundraiser:

  1. Go to www.Nickalot.com
  2. Click the "Participant Signup" button
  3. Enter "HR926A" for the Organization PIN
  4. Complete the very short registration form
  5. Select your kid’s group, if necessary

Once signed up, use the easy sharing tools to ask family and friends via social media, email, text, video, etc. to help your kid(s) reach their goals and win some prizes by purchasing products through Nickalot.com. Some selling tips are included on the next page.

We all will benefit from every purchase of cookie dough or over 650 magazines at up to 90% off newsstand prices. Don't forget you can also take advantage of these great deals on your own favorite magazines or cookies.

That's it! No door to door, no keeping up with money, no product delivery!

There are great prizes available for your kid(s) to win. Plus, you can login at any time to see how much they have sold, as well as what prizes they have currently earned and how many sales they need to achieve the next level.

How to sell more through Nickalot.com

You raise funds for your organization by simply sharing Nickalot.com with people who then buy a product through the website. Below are some great tips for helping you sell more subscriptions and win more prizes during your fundraiser:

  1. Upload a profile picture. Seeing your picture as they browse products reminds website visitors why they are buying and helps them feel more confident in doing so. In your account simply:
    1. Click the Browse button under the Participant Picture section
    2. Find the image you’d like to use on your computer
    3. Click the Upload Picture button.
  2. Upload a profile video. You actually telling website visitors why you’re doing this and asking for their help makes their experience more personable, interactive and compelling.
    1. Make a video and post it to YouTube
    2. Then in your account, paste the link to the video in the Participant Video box
    3. Click the Update Video button.
    If you don’t already have a YouTube account, please get your parent’s/guardian’s permission/help before doing so. Nickalot.com is not affiliated with YouTube in any way.
  3. Share your page. There are a number of ways to spread the word and ask people to help
    1. Post a link easily on Facebook, Twitter or other social media with the tools in your account
    2. Email family and friends using the Send an Email tool in your account
    3. Text your Participant PIN along with the website, www.Nickalot.com, to family and friends
    4. Video a special message or make several different videos asking people to help and giving them your Participant PIN and the website. Have fun with it. Then use YouTube and your favorite social media sites to distribute the videos.
    5. Call family and friends and tell them your Participant PIN and the website
    6. Get creative and come up with your own ideas!
  4. Share often. Try to share your page using the methods above at least every few days. People get busy and can often miss social media posts or emails. Sharing often and staying in front of people will help you sell more and win more prizes!
  5. Encourage others to share with people they know. Anyone with Internet access can buy a product to help you win prizes and support your organization. So encourage people you share with and who buy from you to continue helping by making posts on their own social media profiles, sending their own emails, etc.
